What is the CATLINK warranty policy?

CATLINK products are guaranteed against failure due to factory defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, or damage resulting from misuse of product (i.e., using in extreme weather, alterations made to product, neglect, or abuse). Keep your proof of purchase. All warranty claims need original receipts to be processed. Replacement of parts within the warranty period is available free of charge, with shipping included. For replacements outside the warranty period, customers are responsible for both the cost of the parts and shipping. 

How do I file a warranty claim?

If your CATLINK product  is covered by our warranty, you'll discover the warranty claim form on our warranty page. Kindly provide a brief description of the issue you're facing. Rest assured, our team will reach out to you within 3 business days to expedite the processing of your claim.

Do you offer repair service?

Unfortunately, we do not provide repair services at the moment. Damage to parts within the warranty period can be replaced based on the actual circumstances.
