What is the CATLINK warranty policy?

All brand new device are covered under our manufacturer's 1 year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.

The warranty is automatically registered when you order and receive the product from our online shop. Please note that the warranty applies to the initial purchaser only. For orders fully refunded due to a dispute, the customer's device will no longer be eligible for Catlink's services.

All claims to this warranty must be made through Catlink and submitted to support@catlink.cn. Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order number) and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest contacting us at support@catlink.cn, as there may be a simple fix for your issue. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Catlink within 1 year of initial purchase.

Catlink will not replace any part without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers must email us the evidence. Shipping and handling fees may apply to replacement items.

Warranty service is not eligible for purchase of all accessories.
In rare instances, the accessories received may be damaged during transportation. Please contact our support team and provide photo or video proof if shipping damage occurs.

Notice:
We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

How do I file a warranty claim?

If your CATLINK product  is covered by our warranty, you'll discover the warranty claim form on our warranty page. Kindly provide a brief description of the issue you're facing. Rest assured, our team will reach out to you within 3 business days to expedite the processing of your claim.

Do you offer repair service?

Unfortunately, we do not provide repair services at the moment. Damage to parts within the warranty period can be replaced based on the actual circumstances.

Where can I find instructions for DIY repairs?

Installation guides and repair instruction videos are available on the support center page and also available on our Youtube channel.
