90-Day Return Policy
We hope you're delighted with your purchase from CATLINK! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to assist.
For products purchased directly from catlinkus.com, you may return them within ninety (90) days of receiving your order for a full refund. You will only be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you purchased your CATLINK product through Amazon or any other third-party retailers, kindly arrange your return directly with them. Please keep in mind that return policies may vary based on local laws and regulations.
Return Process
We want to ensure your return experience is as smooth as possible. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

Contact Us: Please reach out to our support team by sending an email to support@catlink.cn with the subject line "Return + Your Order Number." In the email, please specify the reason for your return, along with clear photos of the product in its original box.

Return Approval: Once we have reviewed and approved your return request, we will provide you with further instructions to proceed with the return process.

Repackage the Item: After receiving approval, please repackage the item in its original packaging, ensuring that all cords, parts, and the manual are included, as they were when you first received it. Please take a few photos of the repackaged product to confirm that you are returning the correct items. These photos should be sent to us along with your return request. Please note that a $50 cleaning fee may be applied if the unit is returned in an unclean condition. Additionally, if any items are missing from the return package, we will deduct their value from your refund after inspection.

Return Shipping: You may use your preferred carrier to ship the product back to us. Once the return package has been dropped off, please send us the tracking number so that we can monitor the return shipment.

Refund Process: Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary, depending on your bank or credit card issuer, and could take up to 30 days.
- Important Note: All sales are final for accessories and parts; unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items.
Warranty
If you encounter any issues with your product covered under the manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the warranty documentation provided with the product or checkout more details here.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- It is requested beyond 90 days of receiving a product.
- A product sent to the back does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
- A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product.

Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, and accessories and parts.
Gift Item

The gift product does not hold any monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or other products.

If you return the qualifying product(s), the free gift must also be returned in its original condition. If the the free gift is not returned in its original condition, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Any promotion is limited to qualifying purchases within the promotional period and may cannot be combined with other offers.

CATLINK reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@catlink.cn.
