CATLINK Trade Up  Program

How do I find my CATLINK device serial number?

Open the CATLINK app, select your device, then tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner. Your device’s serial number will be displayed there.

Which products qualify for the Trade-Up Program?

All litter boxes are eligible, regardless of brand.

How long is the discount valid?

Approved discount codes are valid for 7 days and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Can I return the upgraded product if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. All purchases are covered under CATLINK’s standard return policy.

When will I receive my discount code?

Applications are typically reviewed within 48–72 hours. Once approved, your exclusive discount code will be sent to your email.

Do I need to return my old litter box?

No return is required. The offer includes a $30 disposal support credit, allowing you to dispose of your old unit locally.

Can feeders or water fountains join the Trade-Up Program?

At this time, the program is only available for litter boxes. However, CATLINK may expand the program to feeders and water fountains in the future.

Can I still use my old device after purchasing a new one?

We will deactivate your old device by deactivating its serial number. As a result, it will no longer be able to connect to the app or the internet. However, the device itself will continue to function, and you can still start a cleaning cycle manually by pressing the button on the unit. Please note that remote cleaning and other app-based features will no longer be available.
