So far, I am loving it! I’ve been using it for 2 weeks now, setup was easy and straightforward. Came with accessories which I appreciate. I’ve done my research and saw the brand Catlink recommended on Reddit. Timing can’t be more perfect, as they just came out with Open X and started accepting orders from Canada. I started with both the tray and this machine, surprisingly, one cat went straight for this vs the tray. I’ve gotten rid of the tray and both cats have no problem using this. No issues so far.
Shipping took a while but customer support has been fantastic and consistent with communication. They reply in a timely manner and are always helpful.
Would definitely recommend this to those who are looking for cheaper (but good quality) alternatives to higher priced machines. It’s even cheaper than those no-name brands on Amazon!
Good quality litter box, easy to set up, seems to do a good job keeping odor in the collection box.
Honestly, my kitty uses her Catlink Open Scooper upstairs and downstairs so that's a win! We do have to clean it at least once a month because the fabric part that holds the litter gets stained and stinky but that's ok!

Considering the quantity and amount of time these bags are usable, the price is unbelievably fair for the amount of product your are receiving. One bag can last us about a full week with our two cats, meaning one roll is plenty for a while - let alone 4 rolls.

My cat has insanely stinky poops. This litter box eliminated the lingering poop smell issue I’ve been dealing with for 9 years. And the convenience of not scooping every day…amazing. There was one little glitch when it was first getting adjusted to my cat, but it’s been smooth sailing since that!
I ordered a pad for Scooper SE, because there was no option for the ScooperCO8. The edge that slips into the groove is different and much more difficult to insert and remove for cleaning. There was no option to return so I had to keep it. I wanted a duplicate to what was with the original Scooper CO8.
I am very pleased with the automated litter box.
I'm a newish cat mom, and i honestly hate the litter, I was afraid of automaric litter because of the horror story i hear. But after watching 1man5cat video I definitely feel more comfortable and catlink -x was the one i went with and i couldnt be happier, the cleaning is very straight forward. Im able to take it apart and wash in my tube, its been 1 month and theres barely any smell. My meodaughter and my new catson went into it right away. The app is good at keeping track. I got a camera to keep track if my kitty catson is actually doing his business or just play lol. The cat litter it self i dont have any complain. But its extreme hard to get parts because I live in canada

Great litter box. Controls the mess nicely. Easy to clean and has safety controls. Good size for two cats AND works on both 5ghz and 2.4ghz.
I loved it so much that I got a second one. Cleaning is breeze with minimal parts to detach and clean. It has multiple filters so the water is squeaky clean at all times. I’ve checked out many water fountains and this one takes the cake. The filtration system alone makes it worth it. Oh and the backslash protective clear screen is definitely great too. There’s absolutely no mess near the area of the water fountain, which was one of the things holding me back from getting one in the first place. I just know if I got one of those water spout looking ones my cats would end up batting at it with their paws for the fun of it like they do when I turn the sink water on. They stick their head under it, paw at it and maybe get a few licks of water. The way the water cascades in this fountain gets rid of that problem entirely, at least for my cats. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this if I was you. Don’t waste time just buy it now! Pretty sure it’s on sale right now too so great time to buy. You’ll thank me later
We have two cats and they not only prefer to eat on different schedules, but one is a shy eater. With past automatic feeders, this sometimes lead to the more aggressive eater finishing most of the servings first and the shy cat left wanting. Then we'd have to manually feed dry food, and we were never sure who was eating the extra.
Switching to this feeder has been incredibly helpful for us! Now not only can we set it so that each cat gets food dispensed specifically for them, but we can also see how much each of them is eating!
It took a few days for them to really get the hang of it, but now each of them eats when and what they want, and I can keep an eye on the app to be sure they stay properly fed.

Absolutely love the SE White model! It looks so modern in my home, and I had some fun decorating it with stickers to match my vibe.
