Scooper Open-X Offline Weight Calibration | Step-by-Step Guide
Preparations Before Calibration
1. Ensure the four rubber feet at the bottom of the machine are properly installed.
2. Place the machine on a flat, hard, carpet-free surface with no objects leaning against it on all sides.
3. Prepare a 5kg item in advance, such as 5kg (11.2 pounds) of cat litter or 5L (11.2 pounds) of water.
4. Lift the entire machine off the ground and then place it back firmly.

Once the above steps are completed, you can start the weight calibration process.
Step-by-Step Weight Calibration Tutorial
1. Press and hold the mode switch button for 5 seconds. Release it when you hear a "beep" and the cat head light starts flashing.
2. When the exclamation mark light begins to flash, place the 5kg item into the ball bin all at once (this is crucial).
3. After hearing two consecutive "beeps" and the white exclamation mark light turns off or flashes red, calibration is successful. You can then remove the item.
4. After the red exclamation mark light goes out, you can test the machine's weight measurement again. Confirm the weight reading is normal before using the machine as usual.
Once calibration is completed, your Scooper Open-X should return to normal operation. If the issue persists after calibration, please stop using the device temporarily and contact our customer support team for further assistance.
