What is a CATLINK tester?

Before launching new products, our R&D team invites selected testers to provide real-world feedback, helping us fine-tune the user experience. As a CATLINK tester, you'll join a global community of passionate and creative users contributing valuable insights to shape our upcoming products.

How should testers provide feedback on this CATLINK product?

After testers receive the cat litter, you can fill out your report from the Facebook group or the email sent by CATLINK within 1-2 weeks.

When is the application deadline?

The first round of applications closes on May 5. If all tester spots are filled before then, we may close the form early. Should any participants withdraw or provide incorrect information, a limited number of spots may open in a second round. Please keep an eye on the featured posts in our “CATLINK US Users & Cat Lovers” Facebook group for updates.

What is a MAC address?

On the side of your litter box, there’s a sticker with a QR code. The combination of letters and numbers beneath this code is your MAC address. Please provide this full sequence when submitting your application. Alternatively, you can find your online serial number in the app by following these steps: Tap on the litter box in the app, click the gear icon in the top-right corner to enter "Settings," and you will see the "Serial Number" at the top. Simply enter this text.

What is the serial number for the Scooper Young?

Do I need to pay any fees to apply?

No, there’s no cost to apply. If your shipment gets lost or can't be delivered due to logistics issues, please reach out to the CATLINK team for help.

How will I know if I’m selected as a tester?

If you’re selected, you’ll receive a confirmation email from emailservices@catlink.cn. Please check the inbox of the email address you used to apply within 3 business days — and don’t forget to look in your spam and promotions folders too!

When will the litter samples be shipped?

We’ll post shipping updates in the “CATLINK US Users & Cat Lovers” Facebook Group. In general, you can expect to receive your litter samples within 2–6 business days after you get the confirmation email.

How will CATLINK notify me if there’s a shipping issue?

If there’s any problem with shipping, we’ll get in touch with you via the email address you used in your application.

Why is the packaging of the cat litter different from the one shown in the pictures?

During this testing program, you will receive the overseas version of the cat litter packaging. The materials used are safe and have been certified for distribution in the U.S. However, since cat litter preferences can vary from region to region, the litter you're testing is considered a "U.S. test version," so the packaging may look different from the final version that will officially launch.
