Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, or damage resulting from misuse of product (i.e., using in extreme weather, alterations made to product, neglect, or abuse). Keep your proof of purchase. All warranty claims need original receipts to be processed. Replacement of parts within the warranty period is available free of charge, with shipping included. For replacements outside the warranty period, customers are responsible for both the cost of the parts and shipping.
