How do I get rewarded?
Make sure to follow the post guidelines and tag the correct CATLINK handle. If you're posting a video on YouTube, please mention CATLINK in your video description and/or title.
Once your post is reviewed and approved, your reward will be sent to the email you registered within 5 business days.
By participating, you grant CATLINK permission to share your content across our marketing channels including our website, social media, advertising campaigns, and community features. We love showcasing real cat families like yours!
What can I use my reward for?
You’ll receive a CATLINK gift card that never expires! It can be used toward any eligible CATLINK products on our site only. The gift card can’t be cashed out here, and it can’t be used or cashed out on other websites either.
If there are any specific product limitations, they’ll be clearly noted in the reward email you receive.
Can I get rewarded on other social platforms?
You're welcome to share on any platform you like! However, at this time, rewards are only available for posts on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
How do I ensure my post is valid?
Use a public account, tag the correct handle, and follow the guidelines and Terms & Conditions.
What happens if I share multiple posts on social media?
If the same content is shared across multiple platforms, it will only qualify for one CATLINK gift card. However, if you create different original CATLINK posts, each one is eligible for a separate reward.
There’s currently no limit to how many times you can participate in this program, but please note that only one gift card can be applied per CATLINK order.
How will I know if my post is approved or declined?
You’ll receive an email at the address you registered with within 5 business days after your post is reviewed. Please note that CATLINK may update the rewards program at any time without prior notice and reserves the right to decline posts at its discretion.
